The Living Room Restaurant & Lounge Bar is ideally located on Wharf Street, opposite the foreshore and historic St.Marys Chapel.

Having been one of Port's premier restaurant sites for over 30 years, this traditional old Queenslander is set amongst 100 year mango trees, retaining tropical charm and elegence that it has become famous for.

Inside the main building, the lounge bar is a cosy spot to enjoy a quite drink with friends or a night cap to finish off the evening. With plantation shutters throughout, it can be closed off for a little privacy or opened up as part of the verandah area.

The original bull-nose verandah surrounding the house has been extended out to the street with architect designed timber pergolas that overlook the garden and across the foreshore. High back woven chairs, comfy banquettes and soft lighting provide an ideal setting.

Modern International is how Executive Chef and Operator Steve Ritchie describes his food. Having total creative freedom Steve has designed a world class menu to excite any culinary enthusiast and showcase his talents.
