There are several restaurants and a small shopping centre within five minutes walking distance of the hotel, and a local shuttle bus stop 50 metres away. The local bus service completes a circuit of Port Douglas every quarter of an hour, commencing at 7.30am each morning and stopping at 2.00am the following morning.
The property is located opposite the Sheraton Mirage Resort on Port Douglas Road and is a short 350 metres walk to the beautiful Four Mile beach. The main village area of Port Douglas is a short 1.5 kilometres or a 15-20 minute walk away.
