This resort is an exceptional place to stay and the shuttle buses run every five minutes to take you into town which was great. All the staff were very friendly and the restaurant served great meals.

Enjoyed our stay there. Will be back.

The resort was great, accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable. The gym facilities were great as well as the pools. Loved having drinks/cocktails on the patio overlooking the pool (but HATE drinking wine out of a plastic wine glass). Perhaps this area should be allowed glass - but it should be restricted to this area and not in pool area (understandably). Connecting to the internet was a nightmare - the signal was very poor on/off/on/off and we were in the process of selling our house in South Africa so really needed to be in contact!!Would also prefer the eggs at the buffet breakfast to be made to order (as eggs left in the warmer are not great).We did feel that the package was good value for money and in general - enjoyed our stay there. Will be back.

Time there started bad as got there at 6am and no way would they give us our room earlier so had to sit around till 3. But apart from that everything was lovely. Standard deluxe villa was beautiful lovely surrounding.

We stayed in 2 bedroom deluxe and it was excellent. It had everything we needed and most importantly was very clean. Pools were fantastic. This was our first time in Port Douglas and I would happily recommend Rendezvous Resort to anyone.

I would firstly love to thank Kim from Travstar she was an amazing personality and so professional to deal with.. We were a group of 14 people and Kim absolutely made our holiday effortless. I would definitely book through the agency again. Rendezvous was perfect for our family holiday we loved the choice of pools and being able to BBQ in a grt environment was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the children in our group were so safe. Once again thanx Kim and Travstar X jen

Our apartment was a 2 bed deluxe villa. Perfect for 4 but not really great for 5 people as only seating enough for 4 and one of the kids had a pull-out bed in the lounge. Nice accommodation but too small for us. The resort was good and catered well for families. We really enjoyed it. The food in the restaurants was excellent too and we were most impressed. Good value for money. The grounds could do with a bit of a tart-up as lots of debris around and looking tired in places but overall, a very nice stay.

We found your service and Rendezvous extremely good.Quiet location,good food,pools,overall a good property.Our villa was alittle tired in places,ranchslider very hard to open and fridge a bit old,other wise no complaints at all. Will be back next winter for some more FNQ sunshine.

The food was wonderful and the pool was spectacular.

Overall an excellent experience, with troublefree booking process (what we received was exactly what was described). The only negative was some initial difficulty in contacting the resort by phone, the phone just went to message service all day.

I think the service offer is only fair at best. The level of customer service at reception is excellent. The dining facility at best only offers moderate service.

The villa was nicer than expected however little things were not quite right including the outside light not working and there was glass on the floor in the unit. However the reception staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was lovely and I would most certainly go back there if I was in that area again.

Great value for money!!! Rooms were clean, staff quite friendly, pool area was great considering the price!!! They only had one BBQ in the resort which i think they could do with a few more, but realy this resort was great value, apartments were quite big!!!

Great renovation to pool area & reception. If they can take the same feel back through the rest of the resort, it will impact even more greatly. Saying that, the apaprtment was more than adequate and well maintained / decorated.
