We had an excellent stay at Pool Port Douglas. From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt very looked after by Middy and the team. Special mention must go our tours throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a 2 bedroom, but had to change to a 3 bedroom. 2 beddy a bit small for 7 nights with a 10 and 12 yr old (only queen beds)

We enjoyed our stay at Pool, very comfortable accomadation, reception was very good, they did all our tour bookings for us with no problems at all. Kids loved the swim out pool and was very handy for us as we did not have to venture out to the pool each time, would definately recomend.
