All was very good (location, room, pool, service) except the internet access. it was intermittent at best and given it was sold in continuous running time allotments, was essentially useless.

Our first room was too small and we upgraded to a two bedroom unit. The Irish receptionist and the valet were most helpful.

Our sincere thanks to Kim @ TRAVSTAR. Her advice & assistance meant organizing our holiday went very smoothly. As above, we were very happy with our accommodation at the Reef Club. Its location was just right for us, and we enjoyed our leisurely walk to & from Town (Macrossan St.)& a stroll to the 4 mile beach. We would definitely contact TRAVSTAR again for Australian Travel.

Chanelle from TravStar was an absolute delight to deal with, and made organising my trip so easy.
Reef Club was gorgeous, fabulous value for money and fantastic location as well. Will be back for sure!

Very handy to the beach -nice walk into town. Great pool. Would have been nice to know there was a bus service especially walking home with bags of groceries.

The reef club was excellent particularly for the price. They have put a lot of effort into the layout and decor making us feel right at home. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel, beautiful gardens, great location, friendly staff and casual atmosphere. Very flexible and allowed us to check in early. :-) Recommended.

We cannot fault the accommodation and service we received. The resort is comfortable and reasonably priced, handy to everything, and very helpful staff. Highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Port Douglas.
