DAY ONE: Check into Reef Club, Port Douglas
Reef Club is a 4 star Mediterranean style property located just a 3 minute walk from famous Four Mile Beach and a short stroll to Macrossan Street. It is the perfect base from which to explore Port Douglas Village, the surrounding World Heritage Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef.

The Resort offers a tropical setting, large swimming pool and heated Spa, BBQ area, secure undercover parking.

Relax on your own private balcony or by the swimming pool on the surrounding green lawns and timber sundeck.

DAY TWO: Cape Trib & Daintree Rainforest

Departs Cairns 7.00am
Returns Cairns 6.30pm

* I hour Daintree River Wildlife Cruise - catch a glimpse of a lazy crocodile or two, tree snakes, pythons and water birds

* Cape Tribulation Beach and a guided foreshore walk and Kulki lookout and observe where two of the world's natural wonders converge - the rainforest gives way to white sand and fringing coral reef!
* Alexandra Range to enjoy this spectacular lookout over the Daintree River estuary, Snapper Island and beyond to the Coral Sea
* Vehicular cable ferry crossing over the Daintree River
* The New Mossman Gorge Gateway Centre* including all entrance fees and charges -Guided Daintree National Park walk, or instead (subject to river volume) enjoy a refreshing swim in the Gorge.
This is a special place of significance to the local Ku Ku Yalanji people. The group is transferred by eco-friendly open electric vehicles, which quietly wind their way into the tranquil gorge surrounds

* The Mossman Gateway Centre (MGC) proposed open date is approx May 2012. The MGC permits us to travel directly to the Gorge until their opening. Gorge visitation will remain until opening & as per itinerary above, but without visitation to the centre.

DAY THREE: Poseidon Outer Barrier Reef Cruise

Daily departure: 8.30am Marina Mirage (Port Douglas) Return 4.30pm

Inclusions:
* Fast travel of 30 knots and only just over 1 hour to first destination
* Guided snorkel tour with Marine Biologist
* 3 different reef sites at Agincourt Ribbon Reefs are chosen each day according to tidal and weather conditions

* Buffet luncheon including prawns, roast chicken, roast beef, ham, selection of three salads, fresh bread and condiments

This reef trip caters for snorkellers, introductory & certified scuba divers. Passenger numbers are limited to ensure personalised service and individual attention.

Anyone fortunate enough to be visiting Port Douglas between May and August has a unique opportunity to SWIM WITH DWARF MINKE WHALES! Poseidon holds one of only three permits issued to day boats by the marine park managers, GBRMPA, allowing passengers to deliberately swim with these curious and friendly whales.
