DAY ONE: Check into Reef Club, Port Douglas
Reef Club is a 4 star Mediterranean style property located just a 3 minute walk from famous Four Mile Beach and a short stroll to Macrossan Street. It is the perfect base from which to explore Port Douglas Village, the surrounding World Heritage Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef.

The Resort offers a tropical setting, large swimming pool and heated Spa, BBQ area, secure undercover parking and 24-hour on-site management.

Relax on your own private balcony or by the swimming pool on the surrounding green lawns and timber sundeck.

DAY TWO: Cape Trib & Daintree Rainforest 
Enjoy the ultimate rainforest experience - explore both the rainforest floor and make an easy ascent into the rainforest canopy to view World Heritage Listed Rainforest at its best!

Discover the unique wilderness area of the World Heritage listed rainforests of Cape Tribulation and Mossman Gorge. Tropical Horizons experienced naturalist guide will provide interpretation of this ancient rainforest area and also included is an exclusive, private rainforest walk along all-weather boardwalks, and also at canopy, level where unsurpassable rainforest viewing may be experienced - a naturalist's paradise and photographer's dream!

The Daintree Discovery Centre Rainforest Aerial Walkway and Canopy Tower allows people of all ages easy access to every part of the rainforest. Up amongst the canopy, observe the diversity of plants and wildlife living in this unique environment.

Lunch is served on the new restaurant deck at Heritage Lodge, set over Coopers Creek with magnificent views of the surrounding rainforest, along with the many species of birds and butterflies, a truly serene experience.  Followed by an idyllic Cape Tribulation Beach to the lookout and observe where two of the world's natural wonders converge - the rainforest gives way to white sand and fringing coral reef!

Cruise the mighty Daintree River spotting for wildlife and saltwater crocodiles, inhabitants of the mangrove-lined riverbanks. Following afternoon tea depart the Daintree Valley and return you to your accommodation with wonderful memories of this unique and precious wilderness area.

Departs Port Douglas at 8:30am. returns approx 5:30pm

DAY THREE: Outer Barrier Reef Cruise
Poseidon has access to more than 45 locations at 16 different reefs. With travel on Poseidon taking just over an hour, many of these reef sites are out of the range of other one-day dive boats. This reef trip caters for snorkellers, introductory & certified scuba divers. Passenger numbers are limited to ensure personalised service and individual attention.

Agincourts, Ribbon Reefs is spectacular for divers and snorkellers. Situated 70kl North East of Port Douglas, it offers some excellent diving and snorkelling, with equally excellent visibility, beautiful corals and incredible fish life. Three dive sites are chosen each day according to tidal and weather conditions.

Snorkelling is a fun and safe activity and is a great way to experience the Great Barrier Reef without any limitations of depth or time. You can enjoy unrestricted exploration of shallow lagoons, spectacular drop offs and an unbelievable variety of fragile corals and colourful fish life. Beginner Snorkellers are provided with flotation devices and given personal in-water assistance by the experienced guides.

A well researched and informative talk on the biology and history of the reef is followed by a guided snorkel tour where the wonders of the coral reefs are explained and identified.

Anyone fortunate enough to be visiting Port Douglas between May and August has a unique opportunity to SWIM WITH DWARF MINKE WHALES! Poseidon holds one of only three permits issued to day boats by the marine park managers, GBRMPA, allowing passengers to deliberately swim with these curious and friendly whales.
